LMWS is open to anyone age 17+ who is registered with a Leeds GP. Find your nearest GP.
Do I need to refer myself?
You can access Omnitherapy, our online self-help courses, immediately without any assessment or referral. Our wide range of Group Classes are also available to book directly.
If you would like to access any of our other services, or discuss what treatment might be right for you, please refer yourself for an online assessment using the link below.
NB: At LMWS, we understand that you may feel more comfortable with a specific type of therapist – such as a woman or someone with an understanding of trans experience. When you Refer Yourself to the service, please let us know if you would prefer a specific therapist and outline your needs. While we cannot guarantee we will meet your request, we will do our best to accommodate you if we recommend treatment with us.

We cannot guarantee an offer of treatment. All those aged 17+ registered with a Leeds GP are entitled to an assessment.
What is an online assessment?
At LMWS, we are committed to offering evidence-based treatment and support. Our online assessment guides our recommendation for your treatment. The recommendation is based on some of your demographic information (for example, your age), the severity of your symptoms, and your answers to our questions.
Please note: A valid email address is required to submit an online referral. If you don’t have a current email address, please call 0113 843 4388 to refer yourself over the phone.
If you do provide an email address, you are also consenting to receive all information relating to your referral via this method of communication. If you would prefer for your email address to not be used in this way, please call 0113 843 4388 to refer yourself over the phone.
