We are unable to offer you treatment for one of the following reasons:

• You are not aged 17+ and/or registered with a Leeds GP. To find a GP, please visit the NHS website.
• Your responses to our questions have indicated that LMWS does not provide the most appropriate treatment for you. Please speak to your GP about what treatment may be suitable for you.
• You have already completed a referral to our service and are awaiting a response. Please continue with the referral as the most appropriate treatment for you will be offered in due course.
• You are currently engaging in (or on a waiting list for) one of our therapies (online, group, or face-to-face). Please continue with this process.
